In order to review the result of 5S management, enhance the company's various departments and workshops to improve the Environmental Quality, December 7, 2009 morning, under the leadership of general manager, organize the vice general manager , production manager & office director to visit all workshop and department to review the result of 5S management.
After the review and visit , we found that 5S work is good in all departments, and most of employees have good sense in 5S is good through many years 5S management experience. But we also found some problem in details. Admin Department has sent notice to all department ,and require to improve all problem within a week, and we will reinspect next Monday .
